Do you travel to all states?I do! I frequently travel around the country to different hopsital projects and am proud to have filmed with hospitals and corporate executives in over 20+ different states. My travel fee for out of state is generally around $800, however I love to work together with hospitals in your area to take photos + video for multiple sites and split the travel fee.

How do we best prepare for our photo/video shoot?Great question! The hospital manager, MDVM(s) and I will create a shoot day plan that includes decisions like: - Including pets in headshots - Dress code (what color/kind of scrubs or polos/jackets) - What combination of group shots - What appointments + schedules we are working around You can also download my Shoot Day Planning Guide to share with your team to be on the same page and best prepared for great photos + videos! Other sites I have worked with have ordered lunch or snacks for their staff on shoot-day as a thank you for everyones patience and participation.
